We had a busy day Thursday! We had our very first chapel day with Mrs. Sarah White, FBC's Children's Director. The kids really enjoyed it! We learned about the Tower of Babel and sang songs. Each week the kids have an opportunity to give offering in chapel. One student is chosen each week to put the offering in the bucket. This past week, Ady was the one chosen. The money will be donated to a charity. At this time the exact charity has not been chosen. This is a great way to teach our children how to give to others.
We also had a fun time eating lunch with our grandparents that God has blessed us with. The PTO hosted this event and did an awesome job! They made it extra-special! There were centerpieces on the tables and even a photo booth.
Ms. Jessica, Thank you so much for having a blog and making available for us. I so enjoy seeing the pictures of Liam and his classmates as they learn. What a precious memory it is to be a "part" of his daily learning in your class. Thanks!
