African Safari

We went on an "African Safari" through the school on Friday looking for African Animals!  This was a fun way to end our study on Africa.  The students were disguised as animals!!  Can you spot your child??

The Netherlands (Holland)

This past week we talked about The Netherlands or Holland.  We talked about how they make delicious cheese and chocolate, grow beautiful tulips, and have windmills.  On Friday, we even got a quick picture outside with our windmills that we made before it started raining.  :)

Donuts with Dad

The children enjoyed Donuts with Dad (or grandpa)!  I hope you liked the picture blocks they painted for you.  They were very excited to give them to you!

Italy

Last week we learned about Italy.  On Wednesday we made pretend pizzas.  The kids loved pretending to be a chef.  :)

Letter Qq Week & England

This past week we learned about the letter Qq.  We used Q-tips to paint a question mark.  We also learned about England.  Since we talked about the Queen of England (Queen Elizabeth II), we made queen and king crowns.  We had a fun week of learning!
